Terms & Conditions

Terms of Entry

All entries must adhere to Anchor Press, Paper & Print (AP3) terms of entry specific to the exhibit as listed below.
When entering the exhibition, you will be asked to accept the Terms of Entry.  Any entry that does not follow Terms of Entry and General Guidelines will be subject to rejection regardless of the Juror’s decision.

Eligibility

This juried exhibition Entries and Submission Fees

  • All Entries must be submitted online.
  • $5.00 entry Fee
  • Images of accepted works may be used at the sole discretion of AP3 (Anchor Press, Paper & Print) for promotional purposes including but not limited to the invitation, website or on a subsequent prospectus.
  • Image use will include attribution whenever possible.

The Work

  • A maximum of 3 original works created within the past 2 years may be entered.
  • Works previously exhibited in Wisconsin Prints are not eligible.
  • All work must be visibly signed by the artist (front or back) and include edition numbers (1/1, 2/50, e.g.) for hand-pulled prints.
  • Works must be priced for sale
  • Work must be original in concept and design and created by the artist.

Digital Image Requirements

  • Image minimum length on the longest size: 1920 pixels
  • Image maximum length on the longest side: 4600 pixels
  • Image at 150 dpi
  • Max file size images: 4MB.
  • Allowed file types: JPG, PDF
  • Name each image as follows: artist’s last name_first_title _entry  number

 Shipping

  • Accepted artists will be required to sign a image release so that work can be projected and displayed on our various digital platforms. 
  • NO hand-delivered or shipped art work

Notification

  • All entrants will receive notice by email.
  • The notice to accepted artists will include specific details.
  • A list of accepted artists and artwork will be posted on AP3's website.
  • Please set your email account to recognize this address: centerforcollaborativeresearch@gmail.com if you do not receive notice.

Liability

  • All  Digital entries will be handled with all possible care. 

The curator is David Jones, Co-founder of AP3,  formerly Center for Collaborative Research.
